The estate plan is written. We make sure it works for the family.
Mantle is the post-plan execution layer for financial advisors. Bring families into the plan years before it matters. Activate the executor playbook the moment it does. See every household in your book at a glance.
How Mantle works
Three pillars, one execution layer.
Mantle owns the family relationship before death and the executor experience after. It works alongside your existing planning stack, not instead of it.
Continuum
Bring the family into the plan, years before it matters.
Invite clients, assign family roles, and set role-based document access for pre-loss, post-loss, and always-on visibility.
Learn moreBeacon
Activate the executor playbook the moment it is needed.
A verified trigger generates a 15 to 30 task executor playbook, distributes documents to named parties, and makes you the first call.
Learn morePulse
See every household in your book at a glance.
Plan health scoring, action queue prioritized by urgency, and life event watchlists across your entire book of business.
Learn moreContinuum
The family relationship starts now, not at death.
Most advisor relationships die with the client. Continuum brings the next generation into the plan from day one, so when the wealth transfer happens, the heirs already know your firm.
- Role-based family invitations with executor, beneficiary, and trustee assignments.
- Document permission matrix covering pre-loss, post-loss, and always-on access.
- Co-branded family portal so heirs see your firm from the very first touch.
Beacon
When it matters, your firm is the first call.
The 72 hours after a death are when families lose advisors. Beacon activates the executor playbook, distributes documents to named parties, and notifies you in under a minute, before the family has to self-organize.
- Three trigger paths: death certificate upload, InCase emergency, or advisor manual.
- Two-party verification gating so activations are auditable, never accidental.
- Auto-generated 15 to 30 task executor playbook, customized to the estate.
- Documents distributed to named parties per pre-set permissions.
- Advisor notified by email and SMS in under 60 seconds.
Pulse
Your book of business, at the household level.
Pulse turns scattered client data into a working dashboard. See plan health, surface life events, and know exactly which households need your attention this week.
- One-glance summary of households, plan health, and pending activations.
- Action queue prioritized by urgency so you know what needs your attention this week.
- Life event watchlist covering births, marriages, deaths, addresses, and major asset changes.
- Plan health scoring (0 to 100) calculated from document freshness, beneficiary review cadence, life event recency, and household engagement.
Document Intelligence
The engine that reads every document in the household.
Continuum, Beacon, and Pulse all sit on top of the same substrate: an extraction layer that reads the estate documents themselves, then assembles a living picture of how the estate actually flows. Conflicts between sources surface as the household evolves, not on the day they matter.
- Structured extraction across wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, beneficiary forms, life insurance policies, and retirement statements.
- Cross-document conflict detection flags stale beneficiaries, contradictory clauses, and post-divorce omissions before the family discovers them.
- Advisor approval workflow on every extraction so AI output is reviewed, not trusted blindly.
- Powers Beacon’s playbook generation, Pulse’s plan-health scoring, and the meeting and briefing workflows.
Where Mantle fits
Mantle works with your existing stack.
Vanilla, Wealth.com, and Trust & Will write the plan. Mantle makes sure it gets executed for the family, by the firm they already trust.
Before the plan
Your CRM & intake
Wealthbox, Redtail, Salesforce, and your existing relationship tooling.
The plan itself
Your planning tools
Vanilla, Wealth.com, Trust & Will, and eMoney, where the estate plan is authored.
After the plan
Mantle
Family bridge, executor playbook, document distribution, and advisor-grade dashboards.
AI-native by design
The AI is the product, not a chat box bolted on.
Mantle is built around four AI-first workflows that the industry competitors retrofitted. Each one turns scattered household data into a specific action you can take this week.
Daily briefing
Each morning Mantle prioritizes the 3 to 5 households that need your attention today. Each item carries talking points and a draft email you can send with one click.
Estate flow diagram
A live diagram of how each household's estate flows from testator through trusts to beneficiaries, auto-generated from extracted documents with conflict markers when sources disagree.
Meeting prep & recap
A 60-second briefing before every household call. Paste your notes after, and Mantle returns a summary, action items, and plan-health impact ready to file.
Cross-document inconsistency
Beneficiary forms override wills for retirement and insurance. Mantle reads every document in the household and surfaces the conflicts before the family does.
Built for firms, not single advisors
Multi-advisor by default. Supervision built in.
Mantle is structured for the way modern RIAs and broker-dealers actually operate, with seat-based roles, scoped access, and supervisor visibility across the firm.
Owner
Full control over billing, member seats, and firm-wide settings.
Admin
Manage advisors and households across the firm. No billing access.
Staff
Operating advisor seats. Manage households, run Beacon, file meeting recaps.
Viewer
Read-only access for compliance officers and supervisory review.
Member
Service-team contributors scoped to specific households or workflows.
Trust & compliance
Bank-level security, built into every layer.
Mantle follows the same security patterns banks and brokerages rely on every day. Strong encryption, scoped access, continuous review, and the audit documentation your firm and compliance team expect.
Bank-level encryption
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Encrypted, geographically redundant backups.
Full audit trail

Questions advisors ask before a demo.
How is Mantle different from a document vault?
Vaults store documents. Mantle distributes the right documents to the right people at the right time, with a role-based permission matrix, verified activation, and a task-based executor playbook on top.
Does it integrate with Vanilla, Wealth.com, or Trust & Will?
Mantle works alongside your existing planning tools without integration in v1. Native integrations with Vanilla, Wealth.com, Trust & Will, eMoney, Wealthbox, Redtail, and Salesforce are on the v2 roadmap.
What does the executor playbook include?
Beacon auto-generates 15 to 30 tasks customized to the estate, covering immediate first-week obligations, account and beneficiary notifications, document filings, and longer-running trust and probate steps. Advisors can add, reassign, or mark tasks complete at any time.
How does Beacon verify a death before activating?
Three trigger paths feed Beacon: a family member uploading a death certificate, an InCase emergency, or an advisor-initiated manual trigger. Each requires advisor confirmation or two-party attestation before document distribution begins.
Is the audit trail sufficient for FINRA or SEC examination?
Mantle logs every event including household creation, client invitations, heir onboarding, permission changes, activation verification, and document distribution to a dedicated audit table. Standard compliance reports are exportable as PDF or CSV.
What does the family see, and when?
Before death, family members see only what the client granted them under "pre-loss" or "always" permissions. After a verified Beacon activation, post-loss permissions unlock and the executor playbook becomes available, co-branded with your firm.
Be the advisor families call first.
